Changing the state of a problem or message in the Correctness Report window helps you focus on the issues that require your attention.
- Right-click a problem or message in the Problems and Messages pane to display a context menu.
- Choose one of the following:
- Set State> Confirmed if the selected Problem or Message needs to be fixed but has not yet been fixed.
- Set State> Fixed if the selected Problem or Message needs to be fixed and has been fixed.
- Set State> Not a Problem if the selected Problem or Message does not need to be fixed. This is the initial state for informational remark messages.
- Set State> Deferred if the selected Problem or Message needs to be fixed at a later time, but has not yet been fixed.
- Set State> Not Fixed if the selected Problem or Message still requires investigation.
- Repeat for other problems or messages in the Problems and Messages pane.
