You may configure the Intel® VTune™ Amplifier to collect data on the processes spawned by the target process. This option is recommended for applications launched by a script.
To enable this option:

Project Properties button on the VTune Amplifier toolbar. The Project Properties: Target tab opens with the Application to Launch pane active.
